This effort provides an on-demand resource for Community Action Agency managers, States and Associations to find training, avoid duplication of training, to coordinate events, and to prevent overlaps in dates.

Implementing the ROMA Cycle into the Next Generation Performance Management Framework

Attend to learn about a new ROMA training series available to the network. The series is comprised of a variety of introductory video modules, workshop PowerPoints, and facilitator guides. Topics within the series range from Creating a Local Theory of Change to Understanding Community Level Work, as well as the collection and analysis of data. The new curriculum pulls in ROMA principles and practices, exploring the focus areas for ROMA Next Generation and how all the elements of the Performance Management Framework fit together.
